The Nemo-Collective is a combination of art projects meant as an exploration of life and the realities we experience. As I grow into adulthood, I’ve endured turbulent changes to myself and the society around me. In the midst of the genocides in Gaza and Congo, the criminalization of the homeless and poor, the boiling of our global oasis. The cataclysms of my life have made my senses numb, unable to discern truth from all the overwhelm. In this series of projects, I hope to understand my place in this world and my connection to the collective consciousness. I want to create a library of art, experience, and learning.
I choose the name Nemo-Collective to signify the paradox of us all being no one and everyone, an extraordinary uniqueness and consuming commonalty.
